Refund & Cancellation Policy

At IT KINGDOM Laptop Service, we aim to provide reliable laptop and computer repair services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or service cancellations may apply.
1. Service Charges
Diagnostic or inspection charges may apply for checking laptops or computers. These charges are non-refundable once the diagnosis process has been completed.
If a customer decides not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee will still apply.
2. Repair Service Refunds
Since laptop and computer repair services involve technical labor and replacement components, refunds are generally not applicable once the repair work has been completed.
However, refunds may be considered under the following situations:
- If the repair service could not be completed due to technical limitations
- If the required spare parts are unavailable
- If the service was canceled before repair work began
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time.
3. Replacement Parts
Once replacement parts such as screens, batteries, keyboards, or other components have been installed, they cannot be refunded.
If a defective part is identified within the warranty period, it may be repaired or replaced according to the warranty terms, rather than refunded.
4. Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel a service request before the technician begins the repair process.
If a technician has already been dispatched for doorstep service, a service visit fee may apply depending on the situation.
5. Advance Payments
If advance payment has been made for parts or services:
- Refunds may be issued if the repair cannot be completed
- Any cost related to ordered spare parts may be deducted from the refund amount
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used.
6. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Refunds
AMC service payments are typically non-refundable once the contract has started.
In special cases, partial refunds may be considered depending on the remaining service period and terms agreed in the contract.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or mutually agreed method.
